Please be civil in all aspects of the commission. I will be more likely to accept a commission written out with clear and correct grammar and spelling. Don't be a jerk. I'll work with you, but only if you're mature about it.

Provide neat references. If your reference is shaded, it would be appreciated if you would give a color reference swatch for easier matching.

Follow the rules provided in the commission, YCH or Adoptable post.

If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission. I will not do so lightly, but I put these rules in place for a reason.

Payment will be via CashApp or Kofi.

I may also accept the DeviantArt point equivalent if stated.

Please wait until I confirm your order to send payment. I don't start until I'm paid.

Refunds will NOT be issued. All sales are final.

If you do not send references after I'm paid, I cannot start and the wait period begins when I receive them.

Work In Progress will be given if the commissioner asks for it.

WIPs might be given as well if I have a question about how a commission is going.

The standard time for a commission varies, anywhere from a week to 6 months max, if that. Though there might be exceptions.

Please keep in mind that I am human, and it might take more time to complete a commission if something comes up or depending on how complex a commission is.

I'll let you know if there is anything that might make a commission take longer than 6 months.

I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.

However, after a commission is finished only small changes are allowed to be made, such as small coloring/marking mistakes.

Please be specific with detail, otherwise, I will fill in the gaps of details and take creative liberty and will not change things after the piece is complete. It is not my fault if you are unsure of what you want.

Any large changes such as an outfit change, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely will come with an extra charge as well for unnecessarily or obscenely complex character designs.

(I will let you know if the design is so detailed that I need to charge extra.)

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time without explanation and if possible, a compromise may be reached.

A refund is not mandatory from me unless 6 months have passed.

If money/points have not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

If you MUST request a refund after work is started (in the event of an actual emergency), you will be placed on my caution list and this will be taken into consideration before another commission is accepted.

Promote myself within any place or site.

To display it anywhere to my liking.

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only (such as using the artwork as a profile picture or header on social media and as wallpaper on a device) unless agreed otherwise.

Claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

Post the artwork(s) to Toyhou.se or FurAffinity with my expressed permission. I will always require credit, my account name(s) is Aestrum.

Claim the character(s) as my own.

Use the character(s) for personal use.

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off it in any way)

Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.

Removing any watermarks/signatures.

Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

Tracing the artwork.

Re-posting the artwork without permission.

Creating a Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) from my art or sell any part of the commission using blockchain technology or any future similar product.

(In short, the art is mine but the character is not. Please be responsible and give credit where it is due, respect my rules, and we will not have a problem)I need to charge extra.)

Resale, trade, and the giving away of my adoptables is allowed. You absolutely MUST give me a heads up if the design is not uploaded to ToyHou.se. You do not need to ask permission, just tell me that you're going through with a sale or trade so I can keep track of my designs.

My art (the original design image) is NOT to be used for any kind of profit.

You may not use my art as a logo, watermark, ect.

Selling designs for more than you purchased them for is only allowed if the design has accumulated art.

You cannot claim copyright to my design and give no credit. (it's required to give credit on the design sheet, this includes the original, a remake the buyer draws themselves, or a sheet that was commissioned!)

DO NOT make your own TOS/TOU above mine on a character or adoptable is absolutely prohibited and will get you permanently blacklisted.

Failure to comply with the usage policy will also result in a blacklist, I will no longer sell any designs or commissions to anyone on the blacklist.
